From eLearning and Information Technology Services:  

To combine resources between eLearning and Information Technology Services and to expedite services for your eLearning needs, the ITS Help Desk is now the first point of contact for all your eLearning support needs. To mitigate delays in receiving assistance, we ask that you contact the ITS Help Desk for all questions relating to our Learning Management Systems, Blackboard and Moodle.  The help desk will route your request to the appropriate team depending on the nature of the request.  Please contact the ITS Help Desk at 704-330-5000 or helpdesk@cpcc.edu if you have any questions.
